disclaimer: this profile is not mine. I know of two people who have completed the puzzles and succesfully beaten the ENIGMA. I guess this should inspire us that it IS possible. I think I was among the first Pinoys to step into The Stone and I actually nudged these to people when they were new to it. But alas, they made me eat their dust. hehe

If you want more nudges go here.

Ok, this isn’t exactly a new pic. :p This was taken in 2004.

We chose to not have cameras during our set last Friday due to a constellation of reasons. For one, 3 hours before our actual set, we were still unsure whether we wanted/coul play or not. We didn’t have any rehearsals over the last three months and our bassist was at a wake in Paranaque. Needless to say, we were crunched for time and we were definitely rusty from months of doing nothing about the music.

November has always been a special month for Implement Project. On this month, the Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity and Phi Lambda Delta Sorority jointly host their battle of the bands competition along with featuring great performances from accomplished musicians in the industry today. (more…)

This is The Stone. It is the single most mysterious and addicting entity in the universe. There is nothing like it. It is a collection of puzzles of varying difficulty. Some of them could pique your interest in certain phenomena while some would question how come you don’t know the interesting things that The Stone holds secret.

This is The Immediate. In the Stone Galaxy, The Immediate is the home of the main puzzles that was created by the Stone Keepers themselves. This part of the site contains over 200 puzzles. Some puzzles are so easy that it would only take minutes or even seconds to decipher. And of course, there are also nasty ones that demand months or even years. The interesting thing is that some of those seemingly hard puzzles could be an easy puzzle to someone else. That’s why the spirit of community is strong in the The Stone. The more accomplished puzzle solvers also take time to give hints (i.e. “nudge” – Stone jargon) the newbies during their first few steps.

To answer puzzles, one must use all available leads in the puzzle page itself. Sometimes, the question is more important than the answer. The puzzles are very visual so most of the time, there is hardly any hint of an explicit question.

Pariah is:

Selling Sampaguitas

“Kuya, bilhin mo na, sampung piso lang isa kuya,” he said while tapping at my window. He was about 5 or 6 years old, with short, straight hair in mild disarray. He was thin and small, he was wearing an old, green shirt with numerous dark stains. He had big eyes. And he was asking me to buy his sampaguitas, in a small, earnest, and strangely persuasive voice.
